L’OREAL came to Matrex with the challenge to generate internal excitement for a national launch and increase in store sales. Matrex concepted and built a portfolio of branded “pop up” cosmetic stations along with authentic furnishings to create the excitement and exclusivity of being backstage at a Giorgio Armani fashion show. These easily assembled stations are “checked out” through the Matrex online portal by L’Oreal account managers, 5-10 pieces at a time, and supports their travelling celebrity make-up artist as he consults with in-store clients and local Giorgio Armani make-up artists.
