Matrex Exhibits is seeking a Full Time Warehouse Technician that is detailed oriented, a self-starter, professional and friendly. A Qualified Candidate will have the ability to work independently, and with other crew members. Must have industry experience.

Matrex Warehouse Technician ensures that every project is delivered on time and to our client’s expectations.

• Lead or assist in the preparation of exhibit properties, graphics, and product for shipment
• Ensure that all properties and supplies are shipped to support a flawless set-up
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Load / unload trucks of properties, graphics, and product
• Lead or assist in accurate and timely check-in of client properties, graphics, and product
• Assist with set-up and dismantle of properties as needed
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Organizing warehouse
• Interpreting Assembly Drawings
• Light janitorial work
• Unpacking Items into Inventory and Stocking
• Modular Exhibit Systems
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability and experience operating a forklift
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs
• Proficient at using a computer and sending email computer skills (Word, Excel) a plus
• Good follow-up skills, Detailed, Self-Motivated
• Works well alone and with others in a fast-pace, rapidly changing work environment, occasional weekend work and overtime is required during the busy periods with tight deadlines
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass drug test and background check
• This is a full time, day shift position
